Los Angeles Area Shaken by 3.5 Magnitude Earthquake

 


LOS ANGELES – Residents of the Los Angeles area experienced an earthquake late Sunday morning.

The 3.5 magnitude quake was centered approximately 2.5 miles south-southwest of South Pasadena in Los Angeles County, striking just before 10 a.m. PT, according to the U.S. Geological Survey (USGS).

Thousands of Southern Californians reported feeling the tremor to the USGS, with reports coming from Los Angeles, Long Beach, Glendale, and the San Bernardino area.

As of now, no injuries or damage have been reported.
